Gail A. Sinclair teaches women steps to manage their negative body images and their eating disorders. She is an international award winning speaker, clinical hypnotherapist, nutritional counselor, and a Reiki Master teacher.

She was anorexic for 20 years and survived that and now teaches how to get back into their bodies and love them.

She gave a child up when she was 18 who recently found her and she speaks on loss and redemption.
